Montco’s Circus Acro program is a unique blend of coordination, balance, strength and flexibility training. We incorporate many different exercises into this challenging mind-body program. Students will learn to juggle various objects in a plethora of patterns. Athletes will also focus on balance and core strength by learning acrobatic inversion and static hold positions. 


Circus Acro students improve valuable physical skills such as strength and balance, but also acquire important life skills through these disciplines. Athletes will learn the value and reward of their perseverance during bouts of juggling drops and re-starts. Students will also work to maintain focus and concentration during juggling and balance exercises.
