New students can join at any time.  We will pro-rate a session for new students only.  We encourage all new customers to create an account and enroll online so that we can receive all of the required information accurately.  Please review all of our policies:  Annual Registration Fee, Class Sessions, Class Rates, Class Discount Structure for Families, Make Up Classes, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Tuition Policy below before enrolling.

Registration forms and consent / release waivers must be agreed to and accepted on-line as part of the enrollment process and/or signed by the parent or guardian before participation. Check or Money Order should be made payable to "Montco Gym". We also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. 

Annual Registration Fee 

There is a $25 annual registration fee per student, with amaximum fee of $60 per family annually.  This registration fee will be charged to your account on an annual basis covering the school year.

Spring: April 11th - April 19th

Summer: June 20th - August 21st

Class rates vary and are shown as you go through the enrollment process. 

Class Discount Structure for Families

A discount is available to a family taking multiple classes. The discount will always be applied to the lowest cost class.

Highest Priced class is always FULL PRICE, discounts will be applied thereafter. 


Discounts do not apply to monthly team fees.



Make Up Classes

Because we pay our coaches and other costs for every class, missed classes will not be prorated or refunded; however, we try to offer make up classes (as a convenience to our customers) as long as you are enrolled in that current session and space is available.  Makeups must be made during the same session as classes missed.  We will allow one (1) makeup to be carried over to the immediate next session as long as you have enrolled in that next session.  Our attendance records are kept to track our student/teacher ratio, our employees are not responsible to research missed classes for makeup purposes. Makeups include, but are not limited to, classes missed due to illness, vacations, scheduled holidays or inclement weather.

Account Discrepancy Policy

We always give cash receipts.  If you do not receive a cash receipt, please request one.  Any discrepancies with any form of payment (cash, credit or check) can not be considered without proof of payment (i.e. cash receipt, credit card receipt or statement, or cancelled check).  As a reminder, you can view and validate your account on-line at any time.

Privacy Policy

Montgomery County Sports Performance Center will not give email addresses or other information concerning our customers to any other source. We will send you emails concerning the status of your orders, registrations, reservations or other information that we deem relevant. 

Refund Policy

Montgomery County Sports Performance Center has a NO REFUND policy for fees, tuitions and down payments made to hold reservations. 

Tuition Policy 

Tuition payments and registration fees are due at the time of registration and before admittance will be granted into a class session.
